Flowers bloom at every corner of the earth, manifesting their beauty, their souls mirroring back the souls of humans. Silently they grow, entering
Into our dreams, comforting our chaotic and restless spirits with their peace and life. Soundlessly they appear, opening in a tender space, soothing our hearts.

I love watching moonlit flowers from the windowsill. Luna, with her savory tones and shadow, tells stories of nature and humans, of peace and solitude. You hear music sighing in her fluid breath, like a requiem mass, and feel her embodied fragrance. A breeze caresses the translucent gauze curtain, casting shadows on the delicate flowers. And as fantasy sweeps away the stress and the day, Luna’s light woos the flowers, and shepherds you into the village of dreams…

I love making textured background by hand. Colors seep into the highly absorbent paper with magical cloud- vapor effects, creating ethereal spaces that highlight subtle painting techniques. First I treat the paper, producing an opulent texture that forms a background for the upcoming picture. The paper becomes fairylike, almost a painting in itself. Then, I paint petals dancing with light on the tables near the windows and curtains, revealing them alive in their own pure and enchanted would.
